The contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in the isle and providence of Nevis West Indies Bahamas. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you were agreeing to. You are a citizen of the state Illinois. However, the contract was not made in the state of Illinois.
With all the information at hand I am still willing to work out arrangements for the balance that is still owed on your account. You may contact our offices 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Our toll free phone # is 1-866-321-6114 option 5. If no contact is made within a reasonable time the account will be sent to a third party collection agency.


The state of Illinois is about to make it a Class 4 Felony against illegal payday lenders or they may have already. That's if they can reach them I suppose since alot of them are online and out of the country. This is an illegal loan so they have no hands to put on you. Don't worry.;)

being as i'm live in IL as well.their response is as bingonut stated typical.respond this way.

since i am a resident of illinois,and not nevis west indies.your contract is illegal the governing law is worthless.much like you.since this is an illegal loan i doubt anybody you sell the illegal debt to will be legitimate.so take your stupidity and nonsense and stick it.

respond just way,and see their response.please post it if you will.
