garnished my wages!

I have a payday loan with wire into cash and they have garnished my wages, my payroll dept did not accept my revocation, no one will listen to me there that this is illegal. I have contacted the Attorney general,Office of financial regulations and no help. I dont have the money to get a attorney. Any advise. They tell me from the payroll that I had five days from the date of the letter which was dated Sept 14 I did not receive it until the 24th, and did not get a letter of intent sent to me before that.

Try actually CALLING and speaking to a human at your state financial regulator's office. Or, if you are willing to fight, find a consumer attorney in the area and explore your legal options w/ regard to the payroll company.
