How to send a C&D if they won't tell me their full name or address

I've been contacted by a company called Metro that says they bought 2 of my payday loans. They won't tell me their full company name or address just that they are in California. I'm in Texas. They have a "locator" that harrasses my dad, father in law, husbands aunt, my co workers, etc. He keeps saying he's going to serve me papers but he hasn't. They also refuse to validate the debt and say they don't have to. What should I do?


The "locator" calls me with my own area code but when I try to call the number back it's always busy. The original loans are from Liberty Group LLC and GTI Holdings. The number they gave me to contact them is 888-217-1359. My in laws were really frustrated on Friday from all the calls from the "locator". I call the 888 number and told "Sabrina" that I was sitting outsode my local police station and that I would be filing a report and to tell their "locator" I would meet him there. Haven't had any calls since Friday afternoon. Today is Monday so hopefully they have given up. I did get this email from Liberty group when I emailed and complained about the harassment.
