Welcome to the forums! Rest assured that you're not alone in this situation. Many newly wed couples start feeling overwhelmed in bills.
It appears that you're not too deep in debt, and perhaps debt consolidation isn't the right option for you. However, you do need to consider all paths, and make the right journey down the one thats right for you. Consider signing up for free consultation and speak with a consulor about your specific situation. (S)he will discuss what options are available for you, and show you payment options.
If those are your only payments that you're making, is there a possibility that one of you could get a second job? Also, I'd recommend posting more ads at grocery stores, and other available places to sell your car. Try to get the most of it so you'll have that extra cash to pay bills. If your need to keep that car for a job, also consider public transportation untill such time comes when you're able to afford another car....or maybe you could do a trade in.
And if you have any other quetions, please don't hesitate to ask. We're all here to help.
Regards-
Mike

You have not mentioned the type of other two loans. However, you can consolidate unsecured debts and get your monthly payments lowered. Moreover the free counseling offered by this site can help you in making a good budget. It is often a thoughtful budget that makes one rich.
You can prepare your own budget too, but professional help opens more avenues that people overlook easily. Anyway, visit this page; hope it will help you to make your budget-
