anyone been successful with refund?

You may request your illegal lenders to refund the extra money, but it depends on their discretion whether or not they will refund the money. I don???t have any personal experience regarding this issue.

Refunds happen but are few and far in between. The trick is to be persistent with your demands. The illegal lenders try to play turtle and get you to give up bored. You can squeeze a refund out of a few of the tribal lenders but there is no chance of that happening with offshore lenders.

Advancemetoday owes us over $3,000. If it were alot less, I'd probably just not care as much but since it's so much money that we wasted on their b.s. since last year, I will be emailing them often and will do it until I get it back, even if it's half of it. You never know until you try, that's all I can say.

Well that is consequences of taking out a payday loan my friend . You better off getting part time job and earning 3 thou than spending hours writing email to someone who will never give u refund. What reson they have. Not like US base lender who gives refund cause scared off what can happpen

Although refunds sometimes do happen, I doubt you'd get one for that amount of money. Trying never hurts, however, just being rid of the problem and being able to move forward is reward enough.

I have received refunds from Instant Loans Now, UpFrontPayday, VIP Cash and Dollar Quick

I do work and so does my wife, that's not the point. I can take the time to try & get back part of that money even. I don't sit around upset about it but when I get down to business, I don't delay in making a point to make efforts in life to get what's mine. I'm moving forward & will do so with or without a refund eventually.

I dont blame you for trying for that amount. I did request about $700 total in refunds but doubt I'll see it. It doesn't cost anything to email and only a minute to do it so I would certainly keep pushing it if I were you.
