Hello, I have a loan with kenwood services llc address: 501 Silverside Rd. #84 Wilmington, DE 19801. The loan was for 350.00 and 105.00 was the interest with paydowns of 50.00 increments. I have thus far paid down 100.00 The finance charge was to go down by 15.00 for every 50.00 pd. I am currently being debited 75.00 and have so far paid back 775.00. I am considering writing them via email the letter asking them to accept my loan as paid in full, considering I have paid them back 425.00 more than I borrowed. A concern I have is that in checking if they are licensed I am not able to find them licensed in DE. I did find information on the BBB website of them having companies in CA and registered as licensed "foreign". What does this mean? Do I have grounds to be able to ask them to consider paid in full on my loan?
