Is there an address for ACS Incorp. where I can send a cease and desist. Received a nasty email from them today (I have seen the same one sent to others posted in other threads) with lots of threats and attempts to intimidate. Filed a complaint with the FTC. I would like to C&D them, and can do so via email, but would like to send one certified mail (RRR) as well. Can anyone assist?

Use simple reasoning - they are already committing a felony by impersonating law enforcement w/ intent to defraud, do you think they are interested in obeying a piece of paper than can get them a menial civil penalty?
