They wanted $213.00 one night I said I coule not till this thursday they saod fine I explanied it needed to be after 2pm they said fine well thye tried at 11 and it boucned now they just want the whole 650.00 today. I asked if i could Pay $90.00 today and the balace on monday annd they said no. The company is

It's for a JC penny account. They said they will sue unless I pay the $213.oo right now. They talk to me I said I did not have the whole amount and after I hung up they call my sisters. I am trying to pay but they will not let down. What can I say or do?

Well, you can do lots of things. For instance, they have violated FDCPA laws twice. They have made false threats to you. Secondly, they have called your sisters after talking to you. Register a formal complaint with CFPB against the collection agency.
