Sure Advance sent to collections

I just received a call from a collection agency representing Sure Advance. I told them I received a $400 advance and have repaid $424. They asked me if I was disputing the loan and wanted to speak to a supervisor. I said that it didn't really matter, I will not be sending them anymore money. I was transferred and asked the supervisor for a dunning letter. She is putting in a request for one. Not sure what will happen from here.............

Your best bet is to NOT talk to them on the phone if they're an illegal lender. Once you're on the phone it's a way for them to use tactics to get an edge on you and make you end up paying something. Stay off the phone and email/letter.
