OK thanks can you tell me if community credit services is legal in fl also?

They are not legal in Florida. So, pay back only the principal amount to them.

Is this a PDL? Sounds like a collector or a credit counseling unit to me. I will look into it some more and post here.

DE based lender so there is no question about the fact that they are not legitimate.
