western sky/cashcall HELP

I have written to Cashcall whom bought my loan from Western Sky, and I am trying to get out of this debt. I have sent the revocation of ACH letter about 8 times just today and they have responded the first time with the spiel that they are tribal lender and governed by the soverign nation blah blah that they all try to spew from the start. I replied with the info I found on this sight about how i was not on tribal land. and I requested that they confirm IN WRITING that they have received my notice of revocation, and they just keep replying with a copy and pasted generic response that says that in order to assist me they need me to call but they dont give a persons name and just a general number, so I keep replying that I want all of my information in writing and not over the phone so that I have documentation. but I am not getting anywhere they keep sending the same response

We have a loan with them as well. Our accout was debited the 1st
We have a loan with them as well. Our accout was debited the 1st of the month. I changed my bank account last week so when they try to debit on Nov 1st, it won't work. I haven't even sent them any letters yet. I'm sure they will do something when they can't get their money. They can't call anyone but my husbands work due to us changing cell networks which has nothing to do with this. I just hope they dont get him in trouble at work though.
