Can you still send Plain Green the letter of notifying them that you are aware that they are illegal and your only paying the principle amount if you account is now in their collections, my account is with "PRG and associates litigation and fraud investigation department"?

I hereby demand you cease any and all contact with me and anyone associated with me in regards to account #___________, original creditor Plain Green Loan. Plain Green is an illegal tribal lender not licensed in my state or any other state in the US and as such, the loan contract is dirty, rendering it null and void.
Govern yourself accordingly...
