irate with cashcall

I have been dealing with cash call also, I sent them an ACH revocation letter and had to send it 8 times before i finally got a reply that they received and procesed it, and i was copying both of those contacts on all my emails. THEN i see today even after they had said they procesed my request they stil pulled the money out of my account anyways. I have emailed both of those contacts and the customer service email box every hald hour since 10 am so i know i am blowing up their mailbox, and have yet to have a reply
Close your account!
You should have closed your current bank account before you sent the revocation letters out. Complanies like this, especially Cash Call with say they recieved the letter, processed it, but will still pull the money out. Close your bank account ASAP!
File a dispute with your bank, they should back you up on this.

Since you sent them a letter revoking their ACH privileges they have broken the law by taken money out of your account. Call or visit your local branch and they should put the money back in your account and file a fraud report.
