How do I go about checking my local courts to see if CashCall has sued and if it has been dismissed or if there are any pending?

go to your clerk's website.then find the heading for dockets.click that and type your name as the defendent.anything, and everything should come up if there is anything.

So for suing someone, county only - good thing to know!! and easy to check here in AZ -- Thanks Soaplady!
Is that the same for checking supposed arrest warrants to come pick you up for bad debt or supposed check fraud. Do they have to supposedly process those in the county you live in? Here in Arizona easy to check the county sheriffs office has a website set up, you enter your name and it searches to see if you are there.. you click on the name and it tells you what the warrant is for and all other pertinent information.

If any one needs the links let me know..
