go to your clerk's website.then find the heading for dockets.click that and type your name as the defendent.anything,and everything should come up if there is anything.

And I want to make sure I have this right you have to be sued in the state you live in correct?

You have to be sued in the county you live in.

You also have to be served by a process server. If you aren't and they file suit, this is grounds to drop the whole thing.

Is that the same for checking supposed arrest warrants to come pick you up for bad debt or supposed check fraud. Do they have to supposedly process those in the county you live in? Here in Arizona easy to check the county sheriffs office has a website set up, you enter your name and it searches to see if you are there.. you click on the name and it tells you what the warrant is for and all other pertinent information.
