The mrs romero that refuses to call my cell but insist on calling my job works for Total recovery solutions. She called my job today and informed the lady answering the phone to give me a message. The message stated I needed to call her back by 1pm and that she had already spoken to my hr department, even gave her name. I spoke with the hr person and she said she hadn't talked to anyone, but her vm says her name and human resources so we are guessing that's how she got it. I called the number back, which is how I got the company name and of course it went to a vm to leave a message. I left my name and told them not to call my job if they needed to talk to me she could call my cell. Has anyone heard of this company and if so is it yet another one that I need to report

Please do not use the title scam...it is not appropriate. Use the name of the collection agency and the name of the PDL if known.

TRS is a collection agency. Find out who they are collecting for their address and send them a cease and desist letter.

Sorry about that. I won't do it again. She never answers her phone for me. It's always the vm to leave a message. I left a message asking her to cease and desist. She never tries to call my cell she just always goes through the girls I work with because they know to filter calls for me. I will try to find an address though.

Do I need to report them like I had to do the guy that threatened me or hold off until they actually threaten

You can't verbally cease and desist a collector other than for work calls; if she calls you again at work simply answer and say "I am not allowed to take calls at work. Please reach me through other methods" - also send a written C and D, return receipt requested.

Typing up the c&d letter to mail. Finally found the address in some other complaints they had on google. The only problem is they never answer my phone calls nor return them so I can find out which pdl they have. When they call my job they go straight to hr or leave messages with the girls on the phones letting me know they spoke to hr (which hr denies). when i ask hr they say they think they got her name because it is on her vm. Do I have to have that info before I can send the c&d letter

They call but the person calling uses bullying tactics to try and force to pay at that moment. Can I go through my payday loan debt assistance co for them to deal with it?
