I sent Oasis a couple of emails within the past couple of weeks advising them that my loan with them was illegal. I also provided dates and amounts showing that I had overpaid. At first, they sent me a copy of my contract stating that I was held to their terms under Nevada law. I sent them a copy of the original email. I haven't heard anything back about my account....no "paid in full" or anything about a refund.
I just happened to check my spam folder this morning and saw the email I mentioned above.
What should I do now?? Do I contact that National Credit Adjustor company? Do I call Oasis and tell them if they send me a "paid in full" letter than I will forget my refund.

the OL was through oasis.now NCA has it,or is going to have it.let me see if i can recall NCA'S address.both oasis and NCA are bottomfeeders.send NCA the C&D cmrrr.hang on while i get that address.

I have a question...I thought of this today.......Even thought I closed my bank account could I go back and dispute some of the charges to try and recoup some of my overpayment?
um
you can try,but unless you gave an ACH REVOCATION letter to your bank as well as the lender.it's hit or miss.again it can't hurt to try.
