I have several PDL loans out that keep rolling over withdrawng the finance charge every pay period. I have paid over the loan amount in the fees by now. I am in a vicious cycle of this and getting behind.
Are these legal in Mass? I need serious help

All of your lenders are illegal. You are required to pay them only the principal. No need to pay them an extra dime other than the principal. Close down your bank account and open a new one. Ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them.
