Based on what I have learned in the forum I know not to deposit any check into my account letting them know my new account number.
Any help offered on my next step is appreciated.

Or, I wouldn't put the check in my bank. I'd find a way to just cash it. So it's not linked to any bank account. I think at Walmart you can cash a check.

P.S: I would make a few copies of that letter and attach them with my written complaints to the AG, the FTC and the CFPB ;)

i'm with steve here.for one the term is refund,not repay.i think they want you to sign another form regarding "governing law"sorry but i wouldn't sign it.
