There are a few concerns i have about this, since within the past week i had my identity compromised and have gone through the process of protecting and covering myself..I know my issue started when i took out a pay day loan and currently have a couple loans out, one being with United cash loans and am scheduled to pay back $390 on Oct 26 2012, paying it in full. Now there hasnt been any fraud to myself or my account as of yet, but unfortunatly after doing some research, there have been a lot of problems with this company and I am concerned this may happen to me..I wish I knew this before, so what steps should i take..do they usually take more out of accounts with everyone, is this the norm with them..im wondering when i should file a complaint with the FBI IC3 with the FTC and BBB. As well as preparing my bank.

Thanks

They are an illegal payday loan lender. So, I would not be surprised if they try to take more out of your accounts. How much have you borrowed from them? I am asking this question as you'll have to pay back the original amount only. You should make payments via money order or prepaid debit card. Close your account if required.

See, in case of illegal lenders you are legally not obliged to pay anything but on moral grounds we recommend that you repay at least the principal, albeit, at your own leisure and convenience.

But from the looks of it all, you have already paid some and the last payment is going to take your payout total well over what you borrowed. So my question is: How much did you borrow and how much have you paid already?

You need to do a couple of things very fast. Send out copies of ACH revocation letters to your bank and to United Cash, following which United Cash will not be able to take any funds out of your account.

Whatever you have to do next entirely depends on the answer to the question I asked.

I have not paid anything to them yet. My loan was for $300, $90 being the service charge..so I have $390 scheduled to come out Oct 26th. So Your suggesting that since there illegal and im aware of this, before they do anything. I email them that Im revoking ACH authorization and any wage assignment as part of the agreement i signed, is that correct. then I have to close my account. I still do have a couple pay day loans out, but i will have to contact them with the new account #..I hope this works, but i dont want any more taken out that should..i have seen examples of revocation letters so i will start working on this..please advise
