Unauthorized Deposit

Hi, yesterday I checked my. Bank account and there was an ACH deposit of $300.00 that I didn't expect. Upon contacting my bank this morning I found out it was a Pay Day loan from VIN CAPITAL LLC. We only applied for such a loan back in May of this year and have already fulfilled our payment obligations.
On top of that we were charged an application fee of $29.95! We do not want their money and we want back ours!! Please help me and let me know what my options are.

Unfortunately this is common consequence of taking out a PDL. While you worked with the company and they settled your balance no issue, understand that you were likely sold to some other company which is now going after you. Close your bank account NOW.
