Hello

I was sent a bill by a payday company. I had heard from your forum that there there was a way for me to avoid the bill due to a loophole , so I ignored the bill.

The lender was friendly and I was rude when they called. They even offered me a settlement amount to excuse the bill. Instead I chose to ignore it. I walked away with free money .

Next thing I know I am at work amd a call comes for me to report downstairs. The sheriff was standing there with a summons for check fraud, bank violation, and fraudulent theft. He placed me in handcuffs and seized my computer , shutting down our office for hours. I was fired . I sat in a cell for weeks until trial/ the judge ordered me to pay my bill with interest and gave me a 3 month sentence for my crimes, time served. The lender jumped in on my behalf , and told the judge for leniency. Now thanks to this lender I avoided 3 months in jail and only had to do community service. The sheriff took away my computer as evidence in frauds but. I am still ok . Thank you to my lender for saving me from jail

Lesson, pay your bill or the sheriff will put you in cuffs

IGNORE this, scam

What a bunch of BS, you are a liar. You cannot be arrested for not paying a bill, that is civil, not criminal. You are using the same ole, same ole, scare tactics that the bottom feeders use to scare people into paying on illegal loans, or to pay scammers. Drop dead, and stay off these board because we know who and what you are. Geesh. Idiot.

You are not aware of the LAW! The Sheriff can not come to your job to arrest you unless you have previously been summoned to court and seen a judge. The judge must issue a warrant for your arrest.... and trust me... on a payday loan... it isn't going to happen.
The sheriff had no right to seize your computer unless
he had a search warrant and that requires court too. Stop trying to intimidate people!

NICE STORY! If this were true, you're the fool for thinking the people in this forum want to take the money and run without acknowledging that they owe the debt.

From what I can tell, most people in this forum are desperate for some type of relief from these low-life predatory lenders who prey upon people who have no other means to resolve a temporary financial situation.

My hope is that everyone using this forum is able to resolve their payday/installment loan problems and NEVER have to use these predatory lenders again!
