What next????

I posted last week about my husbands payday loan with Zip19.
We closed the bank account and spoke with payroll getting both copies of the revocation letters.
I sent the letter off to Zip19 on Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning, we were denied access to the account, which to me, is proof that they received the email.
I had asked for a reply within 48 hours and of course have not received one. There has been no contact what so ever.
What next?? Should I just let sleeping dogs lie or should I follow up again?? I'd assume that they will not disappear quietly into the night.
Should I resend the letter, once again outlining what my intentions are regarding paying the existing principle??
