I have had the card for a year and pay my balance off every month in full and still have not had a Credit increase I called and asked for one they said they have put a hold on all credit increases I am not sure why? Can anyone help

This is THE most subprime card on the entire market. They will not increase your CL... there is too much risk for the lender. It's a card you get from paying off a collection agency. I would pay off this card and just leave the credit line open for your score, open up a capital one platinum or if you don't qualify for that, a credit one card.
