paying 2 loans off 10/23/2012

Im paying my loan of $300 plus $90 service charge on Friday 10/23/2012, plus my cash now loan of $460, plus 106 finance charge Friday as well..no money has been sent previous to this..My plan is then to send both, via email, fax ect an ACH rovocation, then present that to my bank and employer and close my account, and open a new one..is that a good plan, to protect myself even though nothing shady has occurred as of yet..thanks

That I would say is a neat idea. You should go over the sticky in the PDL forum on how to deal with illegal lenders to get some of the finer details together.
