i have read on this site that some payday lenders that lend to people in florida could be cso and would not need a license. i have had loans with bayside cash and eastside lenders bayside in belieze so i am pretty sure that they are illegal but eastside is in delaware and they have sent me to a collection agency already. i have had loans with these people before but was able to pay them off but now not sure how to deal with them. have sent the letter revoking their ach and any wage assigment i may have signed and they have sent back both that they are legal in florida especially bay side, eastside says i am bound by delaware laws so do you have some suggestions on dealing with these people

both are illegal.bayside is in belieze and will lie like rugs.eastside is illegal as well.you are not bound by DE law.you will come to know in time who is legit by the responses.again both are illegal in FL.proceed as such.

however when any lender cites "governing law" it means they have no license in the state in question.good point though on the cso license.
