Good morning.

I live in Washington state, and have taken out the following internet loans:

FastMoneyStore (CashCloud): 300 -- Have not paid anything back yet.
Action Payday: 300 -- have not paid anything back yet
MyPaydayLoan: 300 -- have paid 130.
Western Sky (cash call): 2525 -- Have paid back 446.86

I have sent the notice to them as listed in Ohiogal1's signature.

As expected, I received the typical response from Western Sky.

I also received an e-mail from Flobridge customer service as follows:

-------------

I'm sorry you feel that way especially only days later from taking
out the loan with us. Not only does it look like you didn't review your
loan agreement , but it also does look like fraud on your part and can be
prosecuted for such claims.
Your loan agreement is with the Wakapamni Lake Community Tribe,
Which has a sovereign immunity from all state laws. You agreed to follow
tribal law when electronically signing the truth in lending agreement. Your
loan is valid in your state and you do owe that back sorry for the
miscommunication , but your loan will be due on your next pay date have a
great day

---------------

In my letter to them, it does say that I am willing to repay the principle:

"I will only communicate to resolve this matter via email. If you ignore this notice and attempt to contact me or any of my references via telephone, you will be ignored and any payments owed will be delayed. I am willing to pay the principle amount of the loan only, however, no address means NO payments, this is not negotiable."

Please advise.

Tribal sovereign immunity does not supercede your state's consumer protection and anti-usury laws. Question - are you a member of the tribe? If you answer yes, you techincally shouldn't have gotten the loan because the tribe doesn't dole out their loans to their own members. Did you visit the reservation to sign up for a loan?Your answer to both is most likely NO. The loan is illegal and the sovereign immunity they claim to have is about as meaningless as a muzzle on a bulldog.

I responded to the e-mail from flobridge, asking them what their e-mail was in reference to, as I had never taken a loan out from them. I have not heard back yet.

Had a bogus check post to my account yesterday, and had the bank change my account number, so nothing will now be taken from my account without my purchasing a money order.
