Really at this point what is or should be my plan of action is still reporting on my credit report even after I disputed, havent heard anything from the FTC and its been over 2months nothing from the AG really whats left to do?
I send them emails to have the loan PIF abnd they send out some letter full of BS so any suggestions that actually work are have worked in regards to CC and Westernsky please Im listening.

Western Sky is a South Dakota chartered LLC and SD is the only state where they are actually licensed to do business.....however, they don't offer loans in SD or on their reservation....wonder why? Duh, it would be usurious....lol.
Anyway, this seems to get Western Sky's attention because South Dakota's AG will actually investigate and request a response from WS. The response will most likely contradict everything that Cash Call is telling you in regards to who actually owns the debt, who it is assigned to, etc.
As for the Modification Agreements from CC trying to "help" you get back on track. DO NOT SIGN THIS.....write across it in big bold letters REJECTED - I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCONT WITH CC and send back to them. This is their way of trying to get something in their files saying they have a right to collect on the illegal loan because once you sign this - you have a loan with CC and not WS. Also, file a complaint against Cash Call with the FTC and the California AG's office (CC's home state). They have had several actions against them from their own AG.....stating that they are trying to collect on a debt they have no legal right to collect on. Also, send this to the credit reporting agencies disputing their reporting on your credit report.
Keep fighting on this matter. The more people that put pressure on Western Sky in their home state, the better. Wouldn't it be ashame if they actually lost their only legal charter. You can pull a copy of their organization documents online from South Dakota -- they actually state they are governed by the laws of South Dakota.....interesting, huh?
I'm in the same boat and just keep fighting, fighting, fighting - only thing I have left is to get them off my credit report and I have enough contradicting evidence that if the credit reporting agencies don't honor my disputes and remove it, I will be filing a lawsuit against them for failing to do their job.

And the credit reporting ppl stated that the debt was mine which I knew and that was pretty much it even when Isaid it was illegal.

They have been very helpful and remember, that is the only state that Western Sky is actually licensed in.....hence, they have a presence in the US even though they say they don't. And, yes, I got the same response from the CRA's (as I expected I would since they are so lame at actually doing their jobs), but make sure and keep a good paper trail as this will help in the end.

Since I started working on the WS end, I have ignored CC other than disputing with the CRAs to build a paper trail. Every time CC sends me something, I write REJECTED - no account with CC across it and return it to them. It's a waiting game for the most part right now. Make sure you keep a good file and forward copies of everything to the FTC and the AGs asking them to add to your file as the FTC has actions pending against Western Sky. Just keep fighting.

No - you won't get a response directly from WS on these until you file your complaint with SD (been my experience) - that's the first time WS actually responded to anything. Once I got their attention and had a contact there, I stopped dealing with CC entirely......after the first couple of "we are legal, blah, blah, blah letters CC sent, all they have sent lately are modification agreements trying to get me to sign that I owe them and give them permission to pull my credit report/contact my employer (which my C&D prevents them from doing) and past due notices. I keep returning them with the words "REJECTED - NO ACCOUNT WITH CC -- HAS BEEN REPORTED TO FTC AND CALIFORNIA AG for CC's continued collection efforts on illegal debt they do not own or are assigned to collect, etc." I forward copies of everything they send me to be added to my files with the AG's offices and the FTC.
