Hello. After sending Elissa Chavez maybe 4 copies of the ach authorization/wage assignment revocation letter, I finally got a response from "correspondence requested". At first I thought it was spam. Luckily I opened it. Then, I saw I had two.
So, I open the first one. It just says :
Dear Customer,
The attached document is the information you have requested.
Sincerely,
The Correspondence department
And it had a PDF file attached with my payments listed and what I owe. (Which I will break down here):
I got a $850 loan. $500 was deposited into my account (a $350 fee was taken out of the loan before it was deposited). I made a payment on 9/6 for $158.70. And then made another payment on 10/5 for $150.72. But it also states I still owe $783.61.
Ok.....so the second email (from the same email, just correspondence requested) was money graham info. Where to send the payments. But it was a general email. Nothing about my account or what I owe. Not even my name or account number. Interesting.
So, I replied to the second email with the following :
I will be paying two separate payments of $95.29 since I have already paid $309.42 ($158.70 on 9/5 and $150.72 on 10/3). I will send the payments on November 14 and December 19. Then my account will be current and I will owe no more payments.
Thank you
So, is there anything else you would suggest I send? I just did a reply. I want to email Elissa Chavez at the company again, but I am not sure what to say.
ANY ADVICE?
