Just read through the forums and sent my letter to Plain Green to consider my loan paid in full. Anxiously awaiting response.

Im a Ohio resident and wonder how to approach netcash123 and applyadvanceamerica.com. Are they legal? Should I use same approach as Plain Green? Advance America says that I cant revoke the ACH withdrawl.

Advance America is funded by CashNetUSA which is a legal lender (CSO) in OH. Yes, you can revoke ACH, it is well within your rights although given that AA and their backer is a CSO, you can ask them for an EPP (unless you have defaulted).

NetCash123 is an illegal offshore lender. Approach them the way you did Plain Green.

Dear Plain Green,
It has come to my attention that internet loan lenders must be licensed by the state of Ohio in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company is tribal and has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of this loan. To date, I received a deposit of $1600 and have 11 withdrawals totaling 1587.30 debited from my account. I have had several loans prior to my current one. Due to past overpayments, I declare my current loan paid in full as it is well over the principal.
At this time I am requesting a return email acknowledging that my loan has been paid in full no later than 5 days from the above date. This response may only come via email. No telephone or other contact is permitted. If no response is received, I will file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and FTC.
Sincerely,
Their Response:
