Has anyone ever heard of these people? They keep calling and leaving messages on my answering machine. I refuse to speak with them. And if you have an address that would be great as well.

You can talk to them initially to find out what they want. Be cool, don't let them control the conversation. Ask then for their mailing address, who they are collecting for and the amount. Then inform them that they have 5 days to send you a dunning letter and end the call. THEN refuse to speak with them. If you get no letter by day 6 send them a DV letter and include that they have already committed their first violation and you are keeping track. :)
