I had sent a letter to one click cash several months ago advising them they are not licensed in the state of Alabama and to send me an email with an address and to not call me or my friends or family and I would mail them payments in never hear from them, my account has been closed and I have set up several payment arrangments with other licensed PDLS. but today I get an email from one click cashes recovery department saying i owe 670.00 i only received 500.00 initially and never made any payments to them said I could go online and set up arrangements to pay in full, or half or submit a proposal and they would look itover and accept or counter. So now they started calling saying they will accept 536.00 if i settled the loan today. Shoudl i send the letter again telling them to not contact me by phone and set up arrangments or what?

So i have sent 2 emails to one click cashing telling them they are illegal in the state of alabama and to conact me by email only to set up arrangements to pay the 400.00 principal balance that i received. Since the email they continue to call me and will only dicuss me paying back 670.00 to them before they take legal action against me. So what do i do now?

So I have emiled then 6 times telling them what i am willing to pay towards the principal only amd have sent a C&D letter as of Friday since they continue to call me, i tell them everytime they call to stop calling me, so what the heck do I do now they keep insisting on the 670.00 from the 400.00 i orginally got back In July 2012. Should I file a complaint the the FTC? By the way the emails are going to the same place the collections department for One Click Cash is sending to me on a dailey bases.
