Credit report

Had a payday loan through Western Sky, which was serviced by cash call. Paid them back the principal amount but refused to pay anything else. Cash Call is reporting on my credit reports with an o/s balance and as 120 days late. How do I get them off of my report? I live in PA and they are not legal lenders here. I have tried for over a year to resolve this. Also their last reporting date was over a year ago. Thanks

Dispute it in writing with the credit bureau. Inform them that the loan was originated by an illegal lender. Also that payday loans are illegal in PA.
