I currently have the following loans
Cashnetusa
Ace
Check n go
I know these are legal.
Magnum. Overpaid. 262.00
Mobiloans. Owe 210.00
Integrity. Overpaid 150.00
Idealgelt. Owe 210.00
Ezpaydaycash. Overpaid 100.00
Cashdirectexpress. Overpaid 275.00
Paydaynation. Overpaid 850.00
I sent letters to magnum, integrity, idealgelt, ezpaydaycash, and cashdirectexpress...idealgelt ignored me and tried to take the payment..have heard nothing from ezpaydaycash or cash direct..and they did not debit...integrity wanted me to pay 500 even though I have already overpaid...told them no they tried to debit regular payment. Magnum stopped all payment and I am waiting on their email with their decision.
I will deal with mobiloan and pdnation on next payperiod as I got them both to skip a payment.
Do I just sit back and wait on the ones I have not heard from or do I resend letters?
