Hi
Thanks for your time. I did not receive the fine print. Or read it. So i tool a loan for 500.00 (five hundred). I have already paid over that in monthly deductions from my bank. I did NOT realize it is (no more aloowed in AZ), an "open end loan". This meaning that I am only paying INTEREST each month. At a monthly payment of like 90 bucks. So I cancelled "that" bank so they cannot deduct from me. I guess my balance is like 700 bucks by now. I have refused the past 5 months. So now it is time to solve this bad choice. Anyone? I'm thinking settle. They have a lien on my car at dmv. So I am wondering just make them an offer? Any legal help will be greatly appreciated. I believe I have included all the details. Oh, I also moved out of AZ! Thanks in advance.
