[COLOR=black][FONT=Arial]I sent cashwebusa a letter stating they were illegal in Michigan. I took a loan from them for 500 and have paid 300 so the letter stated that I would pay the remainder of 200 of the principal on my terms. Today they sent me an email with some court cases about commerce [Midwest Title Loans, Inc. v Mills, 593 F.3d 660 (7th Cr. 2010) and Quik Payday, Inc v. Stork, 549 F.3d 1302 (10th Cir. 2008)]. I currently live in Michigan and cashwebusa is not licensed here. They asked me to pay the original loan amount of 500 and they would say paid in full. What's interesting, is if you take time to read those cases -- the first one's regarding a car title loan (secured loan), and the second is a judgement against Quik Payday. :p
