Feeling frustrated that my local branch manager hadn't heard of the ACH Revocation letter I set out to do more research.
This teleseminar given by the NACHA (the Electronic Payments Association) is a simple Q&A document that clearly defines what a bank must do when a consumer presents them with an ACH Revocation letter. It also focuses on the difference between a Stop Payment and an Authorization Revoked.
