Has anyone ever heard of a don helms from pr solutions? I have tried to google and I am not coming up with anything. He has done called my work three times back to back after being told not to call we are not allowed to have personal calls. I hate that these people quit calling my cell and just started calling my job. It was so much easier to locate them and send cease and desist letters...

Professional Recovery Solutions? What phone number are they calling from? If you have already cease and desisted them from calling you at work, they have violated to the FDCPA.

I'm not sure. I didn't speak with him. The girls that answer the phones told him we were not allowed personal calls and not to call back. He insisted on verifying employment and wages and they told him we would not do that and he needed to quit calling. When he realized he wouldn't get through at my office he attempted the main office I work for. The caller Id is what said pr solutions but she didnt get a number for me she told him not to call back and hung up on him
