:lol:I want to thank all of you for the help you have given me regards to my illegal payday loans. While I am not out of the woods yet from my legitimate credit card debts, I am working with the credit card companies to help me catch up with these payments. I also do have one legitimate pay day loan with Advance America which is licenced in my state. They have set up a reasonable payment plan in accordance with Washington State laws that I can actually work with and I feel is fair.
This forum has helped me get out of a hole that occurred because of some medical bills my mother had that I was helping her with. I am her caregiver and she is on SSI Disability. Medicaid would not pay for some of the durable medical equipment she needed so I took out the loans to help her. I will not make that mistake again. I will also be canceling all but one Visa card, one store card and my Care Credit card I use for some extensive dental work I need that my dental plan will not pay for.
Not having the tribal loans on my back will make it much easer to pay the rest of the debts I have.
Thank you again for your advice and support in this battle most of us either currently share or have gone through before.
