Since you have paid back the principal on your Western Sky loan and they are an illegal lender, you don't need to send any additional payments. They may still try to call and send mailings to try to make you pay the balance. File a complaint with your state AG office, the FTC and The state of South Dakota. You may also want to file a complaint with California AG office as this is where CashCall is located.

As I said above, Western Sky is an illegal lender so they cannot collect on the loan. you have done your moral obligation of paying back the principal

I would cut your losses on the other two. They will not go after you for any additional payments but since the loan was illegal I don't think that you can force them to refund the overpayment.

Cash Direct and Sure Advance advised that the loans were paid in full. My main concern with Western Sky/Cash Call is getting to stop with the phone calls and agreeing that the loan is paid in full.

Western Sky / Cash Call - I am dealing with also, They started calling on the 12th of Nov.. I have blocked their calls, but I am only receiving like one a day, they get shoved straight into VM... I can still see when they call...

Western Sky / Cash Call if the loan originated with Western Sky - the loan it self is illegal due to being tribal.. just stop talking to them on the phone. Your bank account is safe they can not get to it. Now it is really just a waiting game with them.

Remember if you send them a C and D they have no legal obligation to obey it but generally they listen to them and put you on 'email only' or something.
