Mapother & mapother i dont know what this is

I recieved a letter from mapother & mapother about a debt of over
$5,000. I called and they couldnt pull up anything by my name
address ssn or DOB. only untill i gave them the case number that was
on the letter did they pull it up and the ssn and dob where off. they said
it was a debt to chase bank. I have never had anything through chase
bank. Please help

It does happen that things do get mixed up. It could also be tha
It does happen that things do get mixed up. It could also be that M&M just sent the mail to the wrong person with the same name. Would explain why they could not use your SSN/DoB to pull your files. Sending a DV request would be the best option.
