I received a call while i was on vacation from work, and an email saying that there was prosecution. Is this true, please let me know because this has made me super nervous. Just by reading this blog, makes me think this is scam. help please.

Looks like a scam to me since this is no way to inform someone who's to be prosecuted. By the way, you haven't mentioned anything else in your post. I could use a bit more information :)
