I got a loan back in 2008 but was unable to pay back. They called to my work and told ,the secretary that they were going to serve me with papers and arrest me. I called then and it was a firm saying I had to pay them at least 200. The total was 800.

What state are you in? Nane of Lender? How much was originally borrowed and how much you paid back? It very well may be that your lender is illegal.
