Payday loan reporting on credit report

Hi
What can I do about Bayside Cash reporting on my credit report? The are in illegal company in my state. I worked out payment with them and sent all my letters, and they just hit my credit report, twice.
Can they do this? What can I do?

Dispute it in writing with the CRAs and clearly state that Baysi
Dispute it in writing with the CRAs and clearly state that Bayside is an illegal lender which is not licensed with the state DFI and top of all of that, they run their unit as an offshore operation (Costa Rica) and the fact that they are reporting in violation of the FCRA.
