Zip 19

Every offshore lender is considered illegal. Zip 19 is no different. It does not matter if they are located in Malta and are being governed by the laws of Malta. You stay in the US of A and you answer only to Federal and state laws, not Malta's laws. Could I make myself clear on that bit?

Once you've paid them back their principal or if you already have, I'd close my checking account and move on. They'll probably threaten you etc....but thats all it is. Stay strong.

I couldnt pay my loan back from Zip19 but they dont deal with you they just go right back in to your account and take the money. They did this to me even after the bank returned the payments 3 times and finally their collection agency had me set up the payment with a prepaid debit they still went in to my checking account causing me more bank fees. I had to call them to get that canceled since they stole my paycheck the the day before i set up the payments. I will never use them or any other pdl again once i get out of this mess... I fore see things turning around by jan if i can make it that long with out any repo's or utility shut offs.

This is why you need to revoke ACH in writing with your bank and the lender. This should always be your first step by default. That stops them from breaking in and cleaning your account.
