help with online payday loans

I need assistance!!! I live in TX and am trying to find out if my payday loans are legal? I am pretty sure that Payday One, Checkngo, and Cashnetusa are. I also have one with itsmypayday.com that I am not sure about. Also, I am wondering if they are legal, what is the best way to start the process of working with them? Closing my bank account is not an option at this time. Should I just stop the draft and then try to work with them? How much notice do I need to give for the stopping of the draft?

As for the other 3 lenders, all of them are licensed CSOs in Texas. Call them and ask for the EPP. That should solve your problems.
