Garnishment

My husband had a weekly garnishment taken from his paycheck a few years ago. He then switched jobs and we haven't heard from them since. This has been 2-3 years ago. Anyway now we have a joint bank account with one bank and he has a loan for a truck through another bank. The bank with loan sent us papers of a garnishment summons. We have no idea what to make of it. Please help!

What does it say??? Does it say you have to show up in court?? Or is it just a notice that he is going to levied or have his wages garnished??
