LVNV Funding has been garnishing my wages since 2008. The amounts that are garnished are not consistent at all. They have taken as little as $.83 and as much as $131.04. But I have been keeping totals of how much they have taken & how much I owe. I have less than $100 left to go. Should I just pay it off? Will they stop garnishing my wages once this is paid or do I have to stop it? How do I know if they are keeping the same totals as I have?

Are you sure there is only $100 left to go?? Interest has been accruing post judgment.....have you asked LVNV for a pay off balance?

The garnishment is calculated by your payroll department. You should probably be talking to them.
