Hi. My husband received a loan from Lakota Cash several months ago. And now he is being charged from other cash places but did not get a loan from them. I also read online that there is a govt act lawsuit against Lakota cash. Is there any way you could help me?

Lakota Cash is an illegal lender. You owe only the principal. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
