California Payday Loan Hell

I recently went through a snowball effect of life events that have put me in payday loan hell. I have every intention of paying them back but it needs to be on terms that I can manage. How can I do this and which is the best option for me.

I understand this will effect my credit, so what is the least effecting? I want to avoid being sued or wage garnishments.

I have 8 payday loans, I live in California and I closed my bank account already. For most of them, so far I have only paid once on interest or nothing.

I can pay a total of $225 per month. What would be the best option for me. it seems that nothing I read is 100% intuitive, beneficial, or legit, there is always something that makes me wonder if I can trust anyone. I just want to be able to manage my payments and pay everyone off with what I can, without causing further issues. I've communicated via email with all of them to tell them I am willing to set up a payment plan and they all seem ok with that except they want large payments, $170 per month each and thats just too much. Do you think if I pushed back and make my own terms? Do I have any legal rights since I live in california? If the loan companies are not legal then what are my rights.
