im in austin TX I got a loan from cash store in 2011 and fell on a load of bad luck.I havent heard from them since begining of last year. now they are saying they will be serving me papers to sue over 300$ loan. Is this legal? And since I dont have a Cell phone they continuosly call and harrass my mother even though she has asked to have her number removed. what are my rights here?
Sure they could sue you...
Sure they could sue you....SOL is 4 years. You gave them your mothers number...maybe you should give them your number so they dont call her???
